Welcome to Prison!   Well actually, I'm in prison and you are simply peeking in to see what us dastardly criminals are up to, but let’s not argue the technical points. It should be said from the outset that we are not all ax murderers…though I suspect my next door neighbor is. Last night he was mumbling in his sleep “Effy, you over-cooked the meatloaf again. Now where’d I put my damn hatchet?” I would also like to address the fact that this will not be your typical personal ad type advert. You know… “GWM seeks AGM w/big C and B for light S&M, dinner @ KFC.” With all those acronyms, if the reader were dyslexic I could end up with a used car salesman trying to close the deal on a European import. No, we will leave that sort of ad to others. I’m much more interested in meeting people within the gay community, both here and abroad.

     Of course, prison has its own challenges in this area. Contrary to Hollywood stereotypes, it’s not the gay Mecca often portrayed. Take last week for example; I nearly got into a fight with a guy who swore he would hit me with his purse. We settled the matter when I traded him 15 minutes with my Abercrombie & Fitch catalog for 20 minutes of watching his twink cellmate in the shower.

     Okay, enough of my banter. The bottom (no pun intended) line is this: I’m gay, in prison and have two occupying interests, art and writing. As far as the artistic talents go, I’m self-taught and not really all that accomplished. When I first started I would draw a person standing next to a refrigerator and needed to label which was which. Now I’m improved...I stopped drawing appliances. Located under Galleries, thanks to my webmaster, you will find examples of some earlier works. On the writing front, I wrote and published one action/espionage book Hunting Hunter (under my pseudonym) and have now moved on to homoerotic themes. Hey, it was a logical jump.

     As for the picture…that’s me. I’ve come to the conclusion that barbers do not commit crime. No one here has the first clue on how to cut hair.
